Urban Penthouse

Occupying the top two floors of a landmark pre-war building, this penthouse required both sensitive restoration and bold contemporary intervention. We introduced a floating steel and glass staircase, dark marble surfaces, and custom brass fixtures throughout. The result is a moody, sophisticated space that feels both timeless and unmistakably modern.
