A meticulous restoration of a historic Victorian residence, honoring original craftsmanship while introducing modern comfort and functionality.
This 1890s Victorian required painstaking restoration of its ornate plasterwork, original hardwood floors, and period-appropriate moldings. While preserving the home's historical character, we introduced modern mechanical systems, a chef's kitchen, and luxurious bathrooms — all designed to complement rather than compete with the home's heritage details.
