Modern Minimalist Villa

This 5,200 sq ft residence underwent a complete metamorphosis over 14 months. The original compartmentalized layout was reimagined as flowing, light-filled spaces connected by a central courtyard. We preserved the home's mid-century bones while introducing contemporary elements — polished concrete floors, white oak millwork, and a dramatic cantilevered staircase in blackened steel.
